What correspondence and paperwork will I expect to receive?

When you place your order, and payment has been processed on the Secret Ingredients website, you will receive an order confirmation which also doubles as your invoice – it has all of our company information on there, so you can use it for accounting.  We won’t be sending a separate invoice so please make sure you print it off for your records, and / or store the email.

We will send you an email dispatch note on the day your package(s) leave Secret Ingredients HQ.  You'll find batch codes on there, besides each of the products.  We use these for traceability and quality assurance.

With the delivery of your package, you’ll find a delivery (AKA packing or picking) note stuck on the outside of the box, and the courier paperwork also afixed, separately, to the outside.
