Delivery - how your Secret Ingredients order gets to you

We deliver to the UK and all around the world.  We have calculated the delivery costs based on the weight, volume and destination of the package (including the primary and secondary packaging on the product).  Our policy is to merely cover the delivery costs which our carrier partner, TNT charges us. 
For our delivery commitments, we require orders to be placed by 12 noon to count as day one.  Working days are Monday to Friday, not including weekends nor Bank Holidays.  When possible we will deliver your order more promptly than stated below.  We will send you a dispatch note on the day your package(s) leave Secret Ingredients HQ.  Chose from the drop down destination list in the shopping basket to get an estimate of the likely delivery charge as you work through your order.  This will be finalised at checkout stage.

We have secured special rates for Canada, which will show when you add items to your basket, and chose Deliver to: Canada from the drop down menu, for example 0-5Kg is £62.
