These are really special. These multi-coloured round fudge nuggets are typically 3-4mm in diameter. They are yellow, orange, khaki green, purple and reddy-pink. The texture is quite short and crumbly and they have a degree of bake stability. Used in cookies or cake mixtures, when baked they leave behind jewelled pockets of flavour and colour.
